It has been my pleasure to know Maria during her management of our clinic.  This occurred on two separate occasions. Each interval was a dire time for the center and its clinical/operational health.  Her leadership and commitment aligned with a mature judgement to navigate some very problematic circumstances.  We simultaneously lost a leading producing physician, a senior sales consultant and a team of nurses.  Maria applied a steadying hand to the center’s core functions while recruiting of clinical and professional staff occurred in parallel.  She directly participated in accelerated on-boarding and training until mature workplace performance was observed.  She managed and fine-tuned the clinical and staffing schedules until benchmark performance was an expectation.
